Tipping is never required, but always appreciated for excellent service. Many business clients choose to tip occasionally or during the holidays as a gesture of gratitude. 100% of all tips go directly to the cleaning professionals who performed the work.

If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these dates, we’ll contact you in advance to reschedule. We remain available for most other federal holidays to ensure uninterrupted service for your business.

Yes, your first cleaning may take more time as we perform a detailed deep clean to bring your facility up to our maintenance standards. After that, recurring cleanings are typically faster and more consistent.

No, you don’t need to be present. Most of our clients provide after-hours access, and our team follows strict security and confidentiality procedures. If you prefer on-site cleaning during work hours, we’ll coordinate to minimize disruption.

Yes, whenever possible, we assign the same dedicated team to your facility to ensure familiarity and consistency. If a substitution is necessary, we’ll notify you in advance and ensure a trained replacement who understands your cleaning plan.

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and business checks. Recurring clients can also set up automated billing for convenience. Invoices are itemized for transparency and sent digitally after each service or billing cycle.
